Shipping policy

When do you ship orders?

Orders are shipped on the following Monday after you have purchased this is due to Kelly working alone and her sons care needs. If Kelly has support then orders may be shipped earlier. There can also be delays in the Holidays or due to bad weather so always be mindful when ordering. 

Is my order sent tracked?
All UK orders are sent 48hr tracked. If you spend over £50 then UK shipping is free. For international orders, Original Art is sent tracked, everything else is sent international standard without tracking to keep costs low for the buyer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Kelly ships to most countries but be aware that orders made outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and custom fees which are beyond our control. Any fees that you receive are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Pre-Orders

Kelly will sometimes sell a product as a pre-order. She does this to gauge product numbers and to raise necessary funds to produce the product. There will be a delay in getting these to you and this will be stated in the description of the product. If there are delays in the printing process this will be out of Kelly's control but she will let you know via social media.

Where do you ship from?

The poetry hut is based in Carmarthenshire, South Wales, UK.

Please remember this is a very tiny business, run by one woman. Shipping can be slow and that can be due to a number of reasons, often due to the shipping service which is out of Kelly's hands.
