Bought to pass on to someone and now I want my own, lovely self care and self supporting prompts

I purchased a little pouch of these beautifully designed poems for a family member who suffers from awful anxiety. She adores them and she has told me that these words lift her up whenever she feels anxious. She keeps them in her pocket and never goes anywhere without them now.
