These anxiety pocket poems have helped thousands of people struggling with anxiety and are used the world over. I created them to help my autistic son through his anxiety and shared them to help others too.
There are 10 different cards in each pack with space on the back to write a message. They come presented in a hand stamped organic cotton bag. These have been printed in a larger, dyslexic friendly font to make them more accessible.
