They are there to show you that it is normal to feel all the feelings but to also ask for help when you need to rest. 

When ordering you will receive 10 different cards in each pack with space on the back to write a message. They come presented in a hand stamped organic cotton bag. These have been printed in a larger, dyslexic friendly font to make them more accessible.
